Minisprite Update

all fit within 48x48, except for Alolan Exeggutor 52x52

Observations:

+bigger Pokémon are getting completely new MS

-they are drawn in a slightly different style than the unchanged MS

-the new MS have disproportionately big heads

+the new MS have more muted colors

-the older MS don't have their colors updated

-Bulbasaur's coloring is still not consistent with its in-game model

-we didn't get shiny MS

-the game's code does not contain the MS for the rest of the Pokemon

-Megas got their MS removed

Overall, a welcome change, but I wish they went the extra mile and updated all of them.
